In view of the Kn95 and the medical  mask and the surgical mask  material uses melt-blown cloth special requirements, Qingdao Best New Material successfully developed a new material and good spinnability, high charge storage rate, strong persistence, wet and heat resistance of composite functional in muli, USES the advanced mixing extrusion process, the high flow melt-blown material production technology combined with in a function, and use the shear rheological ultra dispersion technology, developed the electret in resin can reach nanoscale (100 nm) or less dispersed electret masterbatch-ZJ-01A.
Qingdao Best New Material Electret masterbatch ZJ-01A is no need to add new equipment, and there is no need to significantly adjust the existing melt-blown non-woven production process.
The spinnability is good, the spinneret is not blocked, and the continuous production cycle is long, which does not affect the normal cleaning cycle and service life of the spinneret. Under the condition of the same fiber fineness and the same weight, it can reduce the resistance of the non-woven fabric products, and at the same time improves the filtration efficiency and self-sterilization performance of the non-woven fabric products.
It can be widely used in polypropylene(pp) melt-blown spinning process and high-performance non-woven fabrics, especially suitable for meltblown cloth for disposable medical and civil masks.

Melt spray electret material -- ZJ-01 and melt spray PP raw material are mixed evenly in accordance with the ratio of 1.0 to 4.0wt% and then directly processed by melt spray spinning.The proportion of 4.0wt% is added online. Due to the different fineness and accumulation density of the melt spraying cloth fiber produced by each melt spraying line and the different discharge efficiency of electret equipment, the customer can increase or decrease the dosage of ZJ-01 according to the specific situation to achieve the best application effect
